Who are the classes suitable for?

Everyone, men and women of all ages, and it is never too late to start.

Should I pay each time or book a course?

I will limit the number of spaces to ensure I can teach safely and effectively, booking a course will save you money and guarantee you have a space.

How can I pay?

At present I accept cash and cheques (made payable to Stephen Grice), I hope to be able to take mobile payments by card very shortly.

Will you ask me about any health problems I may have?

Yes, I will ask you to complete a short health questionnaire, and you may need to check with your GP that you are ok to exercise, this will need to be completed before the start of the class, you can download the questionnaire and bring it with you to the first class.

What should I wear?

You should wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely and a good pair of trainers.

Do I need to bring anything else?

I will have mats available, but you may want to bring your own yoga/exercise mat, bring some water and a towel.

I haven't exercised for a long time, should I still come?

Definitely, work at your own pace, I will always give options and adaptations that will make it easier or harder.
