Group Classes

You can purchase a group class pass at a discounted price which are non transferable and non refundable. These are only valid for classes of the specific course period and not afterwards (normally 2 months unless stated otherwise).

Missed classes are non-refundable.  If you are unable to attend a class and have given at least 12 hours notice then you may be able to make it up at another time with prior agreement, subject to availability and within the current course dates.  You can notify me by email or phone.

Pay as you go, drop in

Class spaces are first come, first served. At present you can reserve a place by booking on line or by email without making a payment, if you reserve a place and fail to turn up your next group class reservation will not be valid until payment has been received, alternatively you can drop in.  

If you reserved your place using the reservation system you can cancel/amend your reservation using this system or notify me by email or phone giving at least 12 hours notice.

Please note that group classes may not be suitable for people recovering from injuries and/or are pregnant.

As a courtesy to other participants, it is expected that you arrive on time for the start of a class.

Suitability for exercise

Ultimate responsibility in assessing the suitability and safety of any class, session or exercise must rest upon the client.  Steve Grice Pilates and Fitness will endeavour to ensure the client has completed the relevant health questionnaire, if any questions have been answered “yes” the responsibility lies with the client to obtain any necessary professional approval for the suitability of any exercise regime undertaken.

It is the responsibility of the client to update and inform Steve Grice Pilates and Fitness of any changes in their specific or general health conditions that may or may not affect the suitability of any exercise regime entered in.

Before your first session clients will be asked to fill out and sign a registration form which includes a medical questionnaire and agree to the terms and conditions set out above.
